Terms & Conditions

You will be expected to provide us with all the information necessary for our service, including but not limited to the credentials of your social media page(s), the brand kit of your company and access to your company’s Google Drive. You will be expected to provide this information at least 5 days before the commencement of our service period. We will not be liable for any delay in the service caused by your not providing the requested data. 

 

During and after this period, you will be required to maintain anonymity regarding any information related to us, our business processes, our payment structure and our clientage.  You may share our number to other potential clients, with our consent. 

 

Some of the data we obtain during the shoots may also be shared on our company’s social media pages with your prior consent. We will make sure not to reveal any information related to your company. 

 

Dynaviz will be reimbursed for any necessary expenses other than the ones discussed earlier. These expenses include but are not limited to, cost of non-barter influencer marketing, cost of Google and Zomato marketing, the cost of boosting your company’s social media pages or any other expense not discussed prior. We will make sure to get your approval on all these expenses before taking action.

All payments for services provided by DYNAVIZ must be made in full and in advance before the commencement of any project or service.

We will not begin any work or provide deliverables until the required payment has been received in full. This policy ensures that our team can dedicate the necessary time, resources, and creative focus to delivering the highest quality work for our clients.

By engaging our services, you agree to comply with this advance payment policy. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services at our sole discretion.
